Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a Project Manager who will be part of a “one team” approach. The role will serve as a project manager on an iconic program in the Middle East, working full-time to the needs of the client.
The Project Manager would be reporting to the Arcadis regional leadership by providing support to the development team with follow, reviewing the status on different aspects of the project (cost, time, design etc.) while preparing document as well as coordination of meetings.
At the core, the PM will be considered a high level point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring all project objectives are successfully achieved.
- Create a defined development process for assigned projects in a team environment
- Support the management in managing development projects
- Review of product lines that maximize revenue and credibility for the developer
- Assisted in the preparation and management of project Development Briefs and Budgets
- Management of documentation required for product launches
- Assist in shortlisting Consultants and Consultant appointment process
- Assist in ensuring designs comply with the agreed development brief and budgets
- Supporting the management in managing consultants appointments, performance, cost and time
- Support the management in managing design process for assigned development
- Providing key information to management as required for assigned development projects
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in real estate, property, finance, commerce, design
- 5+ years (post degree) in a similar role with a first class developer preferably in the Middle East
- Relevant professional certifications such as RICS or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Knowledge in real estate business & market analysis
- Working knowledge with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong English language skills; oral and written
- Organization & planning skills and ability to work under pressure
- Information gathering, analytical & critical thinking problem solving skills
- Advanced communication & interpersonal skills, with a commitment to quality and accuracy
