Job description / Role
Guildhall is working on an assignment to assist “A” Grade Contractor in identifying a Project Manager for a Mega Building Projects value around 900 Million QAR project. Commercial building construction experience will be an added advantage.
The project itself is composed of a number of high rise commercial buildings and our client is operating as the main contractor for the project.
This development has a 2 year scheduled completion plan.
Requirements
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering.
- Educated at a Western Institution.
- Minimum 15 years postgraduate experience, specialising in High Rise building projects.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to effectively manage a multidisciplinary / multi-cultural team.
- Energetic and works with a 'long-term view'.
