Job description / Role
Our client is one of top-ranking contracting companies and they are currently looking to hire an experienced PM Electrical for their company in Qatar.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will develop the projects specific plans, outline timelines, schedule of activities and resource requirements and controls the projects as per the project plan.
- You will follow up & assist Project Managers to obtain approvals from client, consultants for all the material approvals, shop drawings and work execution schedules.
- You will monitor & control Project Managers in tests and all the works carried and hand over the project to the client successfully
- You will ensure that there is zero accident in all Oil & Gas Projects and all quality records signed off.
- You will assist the Operations Manager in preparing the yearly budget for Oil & Gas department.
- You will submit projects weekly and daily report to Operations Manger updating him in all activities on all Oil & Gas projects.
- You will keep monitoring expenses of all Oil & Gas department and to ensure positive cash flow in all of the handled projects.
Requirements
- You need to have more than 12 years of experience in similar position
- You need to have 5 years of experience in managerial role
- You must have Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
- You should be task oriented and flexible
- You should have good managerial & communication skills
