Job description / Role
Responsible to lead the MEP Engineers, Team leaders and technical team to carry out the preset goals and targets for the maintenance services and ensure appropriate standards is delivered. To provide technical advise to your team to improve and implement service level agreement for MEP maintenance services. Monitor the account budget and ensure that all service are provided within the allocated budget without jeopardizing the required standard of installation. Manage the execution of all PPM scheduled works and all helpdesk related works are carried out timely and efficient manner. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly workload plans. Analyze the audit reports submitted by your subordinates. Develop and monitor service level key performance indicators to ensure all services are carried out to customer satisfaction. Ensure that health and safety procedures are implemented effectively.
Customer Relations:
- Represent the company at a regular meetings with the client and otjer authorities.
- Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.
- Manage customer's expectations. Develop, implement and monitor business procedures, maintain a record of each operation and ensure that these are integral and based on company protocol.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering field - Mechanical/ Electrical.
- Higher education in management will be an advantage.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the facility management environments.
- In-depth experience in managing service providers, customers and property related services.
- Sound knowledge in the facility management of large accounts.
- Communicate at all levels of the supply chain from sub-contractor to client and peers.
- Good management skills and well refined in MIS reporting knowledge.
