Job description / Role
- Create project plan in coordination with input from the company and the vendor, as well as a project budget to be approved by the ERP Steering Committee
- Maintain appropriate tracking mechanisms such as project plan, project budget, risk analysis, issue lists, project scope and change documentation
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation plans. Analyze and troubleshoot project issues in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain project documentation according to PMP standards
- Experienced in project management methodologies as well as tools and techniques
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to get in the details when required i.e. ERP knowledge to conduct data modelling and understand the nuances of the business processes to the ERP product
- Strong team player, partnering with senior/executive management and individual contributors; good team leading and mentoring skill
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science / Commerce / others
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle ebusiness application suite with at least 7 years’ experience project management, vendor management is required.
- Certification in PMP any other project management is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communications and presentation skills along with meeting leadership
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
