Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with the construction sector of a leading holding company. Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager to work on a number of prestigious new build projects based in Qatar.
Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate Development, you will take primary responsibility for managing real estate projects. Your duties will incorporate the planning, control, coordination, execution and completion of projects within set timelines and budgets.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in project management or engineering / construction.
You should possess a minimum of 8 years experience in real estate development coupled with proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management and contract management.
In addition, you should have knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of project management and associated software (Prince 2).
