Job description / Role
• Assist project managers in developing project quality plan, to meet the project specification requirements.
• Develop and review of the Project Quality program documentation manuals, work process and reporting of quality
records management of quality documents.
• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, specifications, and QMS
requirements.
• Manage the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, inspection, documentation, and construction
activities.
• Participate and lead internal quality audits ensuring processes and procedures defined in the company's quality
management system (QMS) are observed and followed.
• Recommend corrective and preventive action on matters relating to the application and implementation of processes and
procedures.
• Ensure all project risks associated with quality related activities are defined and mitigating actions developed.
• Implements preventive and corrective actions as required for the project.
• Modify and enhance process charts, procedures, and supporting documentation, as required by the company.
• Support project staff in their planning and implementation of project.
• Conduct periodic Quality Program training for site supervisory personnel.
Requirements
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Infrastructure, Road works, Building Construction.
• Strong communication skills (English & Arabic) and interpersonal skills
• Must have UPDA certification
• Should have related working experience in PWA projects.
