Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Property Manager for our subsidiary in the domain of Real Estate management and development. The candidate will ensure efficiency of the entire Property Management activities of the company. He will oversee and execute the daily operations of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The Property Manager also provides business development role to expand company growth.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient management of residential, commercial and industrial properties
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure the properties are safe and in habitable condition at all times
- Coordinate with maintenance team for any regular maintenance or emergency repairs
- Inspect properties and arrange for repairs and new materials as required
- Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators
- Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in Qatar is a must
- Working knowledge of property regulations
- Must be familiar with local governing laws related to property management
- Excellent sales, communication and negations skills
- Honesty and integrity as core values
- Ability to perform array of analysis
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record
