Job description / Role
POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Responsible for applying and processing of all government related documentations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaises with government agencies relating to the processing of:
• Visas
• Residency /Work Permit processing – medical, employment contract, fingerprint
• CR/CN
- Ensures timely application and/or renewal of:
• Visas
• Residency Permits / Work Permits
• Health Cards
• Health Certificates
• CR/CN
- Provides assistance to employees, as may be required by the company
• Visa processing for employee’s family
• Driving License
- Performs other related duties as required
Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience and Skills
- Must have at 5 years relevant and hand-on work experience in government liaison work
- Diploma or Certificate courses
- An understanding of relevant Qatari legislation, policies and procedures
- Human resources management procedures
- Position descriptions
- Performance review methods and techniques
- Staff training, development and recognition
- Problem solving skills
- Negotiations skills
- Effective communications skills - Arabic is essential. Basic English necessary
- Computer skills including the ability to make online government transactions
- Time management skills
- An understanding of relevant Qatari legislation, policies and procedures.
