Public Relations Officer - FAMCO - Doha, Qatar

To be considered to hire you as a Public relations Officer in FAMCO Doha, you should be able to provide timely support to the business in the areas of HR. Liaising with various Government Departments (Immigration, Labour, Traffic, Municipality) and Agencies to ensure efficient and timely services in order to meet the business requirement.

As a PRO you will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- to prepare application both Manual and online for all types of work/visit visas, residence permits, medical/finger, exit permits, Labor card, Employment contract, other company letters NOCs etc. for employees.
- to liaise with various Government departments.
- Knowledge in renewal of Resident Permit, CR, Trade license, Municipality certificate, Computer card and Mandoop card etc. for Company.
- to up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department be informed of such changes.
- to have good relation and network of contacts in all the government departments to support work.
- Should have excellent knowledge of all Qatari, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently within the time limit.
- to be able to translate and interpret documents English to Arabic and vice versa.

Requirements

- Ideally you must have a graduate degree, along with 2-4 years PRO experience in GCC, preferably in Qatar.
- You must be good in Arabic and English, both writing and speaking.
- You must have valid qatari license.
- Computer skills are required.
- You should have skills to work effectively with other by developing trust and respect along with high level of integrity and credibility.
