Job description / Role
Working in a leading project consultancy management dealing in civil infrastructure, commercial, leisure, real estate and residential projects, our client is looking to recruit for a well experienced candidate.
- Review Contractor’s Quality documentation and issue SONOs prior the commencement of Works
- Review Contractor ITP to identify PMC Inspection & Testing monitoring activities (Personnel required; frequency; Hold, witness and surveillance points)
- Provide QA/QC leadership and guidance to the MEP Construction team
- In coordination with the MEP and Civil Construction Teams, liaise with Contractor and monitor field QA/QC activity and quality related KPIs
- Release notifications of Non-Conformities and follow up their resolution
- Follow up and report Contractor’s Non-Conformities Preventive & Corrective actions
- Establish a reporting system for Non-Conformities, Preventive & Corrective actions and Inspection & Testing monitoring activities
Requirements
- Technical Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a bias toward Mechanical or Electrical
- Minimum 10 years of experience preferably in Rail Transport Systems or large-scale Infrastructure Projects
Nationality:
Filipino, Indian, Sri Lankan and Arab. Available within the GCC
