Job description / Role
- Proven experience in developing, deploying, implementing and monitoring documented quality management systems in projects similar scale and complexity
- Leadership experience in Quality management at senior managerial level
- Proven experience in the management and mentoring of others within a QA environment
- Excellent knowledge and experience of quality management system’s requirements in general and in particular for Qatar construction specification and ISO 9001
- Extensive experience / knowledge of design and construction inspection and testing aspects / procedures of infrastructure and building systems & materials
- Excellent understanding of all sub-processes inherent to design and construction acquired by exposure or past direct experience in the different roles of within design and construction environment
- Extensive internal and external auditing experience of design and construction contracts
- Experience in developing quality management related training materials and providing specific training to the different roles inherent to the undertaken contracts
Reporting to: Project Director
Duration: Perm position
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday

Gross monthly base salary: Max 40,000 QR a month
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Architectural / Structural or Equivalent.
- 15 years overall experience in Design or Construction quality management related jobs, with a minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Manager ( or Equivalent Job title) working in major projects, including architectural engineering/ civil projects (Design stage and construction stage)
- Other certifications obtained: ISO 9001 is essential
- Age Range: MAX 52
