QA/QC Manager - MEP Projects - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

- Board Certified General Surgeon (UK/US/Canada/Europe/South Africa).
- Minimum 1 year General Fellowship completed plus at least 3 years post-board certification experience in specialty.
- Expert on range of emergency and elective surgeries within the specialty.
- Ability to take full independent responsibility for clinical care of patients.
- Completion of General Fellowship Experience in contemporary general trauma surgical techniques.
- Demonstrate ability to carry out clinical research.
- Experience of supervising junior staff.
- Ability to teach clinical and operative skills.
- Involvement in the Clinical Audit process and an understanding of the aims thereof.
- Ability to organize and manage outpatient priorities, surgical waiting lists and operating.

To be considered for QA QC Manager role you will be responsible to draft and finalize Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project, draft and finalize Project Quality Assurance Plan (PQAP) for the assigned project, establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and ensure it is followed in all business activities, review and edit method statements in consultation with Site Engineers and Construction Manager for MEP activities required for the project, prepare check lists for installation and commissioning procedures, develop documentation formats for Quality Assurance/Control functions and processes.

You will also be responsible to raise Work Inspection Requests (WIR) to be executed on a daily basis, witness and review work inspections, ensure the maintenance of inspection records and results, arrange to close all Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised internally and externally, provide supervision, guidance, and technical support to QA/QC Engineers and Site Engineers on a periodical basis to meet quality objectives.

Requirements

Ideally you must be graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with 10 to 15 years experience in Middl East in Engineering contracting company.
