Job description / Role
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs inspection on site (FDT,on soil, sub abase and sub grade, sand bedding , rebar, verticality & alignment of frameworks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Study & Review inspection test plan, method statements, project specifications and compliance policies.
2. Check, monitor & control to ensure that the latest appropriate drawings attached and design documents used at the project site.
3. Ensuring the proper implementation of our client requires with quality system & maintains overall quality of works on day to day basis.
4. Checking surface preparation
5. Perform water proofing inspection
6. Review and preparing daily inspection request for inspection request
7. Prepares checklist for each inspection
8. Supervises and performs final turn over
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Comply with the safety standards during all stages of project execution to avoid any type incidents and or accidents.
2. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and for the others in the workplace.
Requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in construction industry in the same position
OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Must have good communication skills and healthy.
ACADEMIC EDUCATION:
BSc. Civil Engineer
OTHER LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS:
Having MMUP is an added value.
