Job description / Role
Provide administrative support and coordination of QHSSE function, including;
- Timely and accurate submission of QHSSE Performance Data
- Monitoring data sets in order to assist QHSSE Manager in identifying performance trends
- Together with QHSSE Officers, draft and preparation of Safety Flashes and Bulletins for approval by QHSSE Manager or Head of QHSSE, prior to publication.
- Draft and preparation of any materials required for local QHSSE Initiatives.
- As directed by QHSSE Manager, liaise with Clients' HSE representatives for provision of reports and data.
- Support the QHSSE Team in ensuring the implementation of an effective Safety Culture.
- Ensure QHSSE data and records are managed and stored for efficient reference.
- Assist QHSSE Manager in the conduct and follow-up of external audits
- Understudy and support QHSSE Officers in delivery of their responsibilities
- As directed by the QHSSE Manager, support the QHSSE Team in any relevant tasks required
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in HSE Management or related field
- Prior experience in data management and analysis
- Worked in a multinational environment and demonstrate diversity and inclusiveness
Job Specific Skills:
- Understanding of QHSE terminology and data requirements
- Experienced with offshore support vessels (OSV)
