Our newest opportunity is for a talented Quality Manager to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar . This position is responsible for the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the programme quality plan to ensure the delivery of works that meet the required standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Establishing a good working relationship, promoting and advising on QA/QC issues.
- Ensuring responsibility Quality Control & Quality Assurance for all relevant activities within the Project Department
- Maintaining an up to date knowledge of QA/QC best practices and standards.
- Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management system, reviewing and recommending revisions as necessary to senior management.
- Ensuring incident reports and investigations are carried out effectively to determine root causes and providing recommendations aimed at preventing re-occurrence .
- Managing and ensuring that Quality principles are incorporated and applied.
- Providing progress reports as and when required.
- Identifying, developing and promoting Programme and Project required Quality polices.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Having knowledge of local and international standards is required (i.e. ISO certifications, QCS knowledge, etc.). Qatar Engineering License (UPDA/MME License) is required for this role.
