Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Job description / Role

A reputed Interior Fit-out Specialist Qatar is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with previous Interior Fit-out experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical specification, estimation, cost analysis and B O Q.

They Should also have Post Contract experience as well as worked with subcontract/supplier negotiation, monthly accounts, variations, payments to subcontractors etc.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in Interior fit out work, commercial, hospitality or retail project experience is also an asset
* Sound knowledge with AutoCAD, MS Office
* Good knowledge of English communication and interpersonal skills
