Senior Quantity Surveyor - International Contractor - Doha

Our client is an International Build & Civil Engineering Contractor with multiple regional offices in the Middle East and an enviable order book of new projects. Due to the recent award of a high rise tower project in Doha, approx value of QAR 250 million, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to head up the project reporting back in to the Head Office Commercial Manager.

Requirements

- BSc in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics
- Member of RICS ideally
- English Speaking preferred
- At least 10 years main contracting experience (preferably with a large main contractor)
- Middle East experience preferred
- Experience in CCS (Candy Post Contract Software)

The candidate should have experience in preparing budgets, forecasting and reports for management.
