Job description / Role

Leading Regional Investments business is looking for someone to build and lead a Real Estate Portfolio Management team from one of their offices based in Qatar

Description:
- Real Estate investment analysis
- Sourcing & due diligence of Real Estate deals
- Deal structuring
- Presentations to potential investors
- Raising & deploying capital / AUM

Job Offer:
40,000 QAR per month + bonus

Requirements

- Done Real Estate portfolio management from A - Z
- Set up RE funds for clients
- Understanding of UK tax laws
- Understanding of UK Banking regulations
- Able to build and lead a RE Asset Management team
- Able to live and work in Qatar
