Our client is a Bahraini full service advertising and design agency opening a new office in Doha, Qatar. They aim to always push for exceptional in their work and for their clients. They are looking for a Receptionist/Office Manager to align and communication between both offices and be the glue that holds the office together in these early stages.

The Receptionist/Office Manager will be responsible for all administrative tasks and ensuring the opening of the new office runs smoothly. The successful candidate will screen calls, organise office supplies and liaise with PRO’s. The ideal candidate will have impeccable oral and written communication in English, always be presentable and have amazing organisation skills!

Key Responsibilities
— Covering the receptionist desk, screening all calls and following up with required actions.
— Point of contact for the office and suppliers.
— Managing all admin tasks and office operations efficiently.
— Ensuring the Bahrain and Doha office are aligned and in continued communication.
— Conduct daily, weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs
— Greeting and assisting visitors
— Designing and maintaining a efficient filling system

Requirements

We’re looking for someone experienced and a proactive thinker to fill this role. You will have 3+ years of experience in a Office Manager/Receptionist role, who has impeccable oral and written communication in English, always be presentable and has amazing organisation skills!

Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in working in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience opening a office would be ideal
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- IT literate with excellent computer skills and ability to work with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Impeccable oral and written communication in English
- Presentable
- Amazing organisation skills
