Job description / Role
Our client, a leading regional bank, here in the region is looking for a confident and experienced reconciliation officer to join their team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in the financial analysis of all non - reconciled transactions.
Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Provide financial analysis of non-reconciled transactions.
- Experience of reconciliations of ATMs.
- Manage any outstanding entry in GL account related.
- Daily reconciliation of the ATM GL Accounts.
- Ensure daily MIS reports are carried out correctly and accurately.
- Prepare the financial entry vouchers for the Credit Card payments and adjustments.
- Ensure appropriate vouchers are filed on a daily basis.
- Process Base II file.
Requirements
- Banking experience is essential.
- 2-4 years experience in a relevant role.
- University degree level qualified.
- Experience working with banking settlement systems is a key element of this role.
- The successful candidate must also be capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
- Experience working with ATM functions and credit cards.
