Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, one of the leading design and consultancy businesses operating in the Region, is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their Doha based team.

The role requires the successful candidate to complete the following,
- Use the available job boards to advertise vacant roles
- Screen CVs and meet with suitable candidates
- Complete competency based interviews
- Communicate with Line Managers to gain a better understanding of their needs and requirements for the roles
- Schedule all interviews with suitable line managers
- Manage the entire recruitment process from gaining job briefs, advertising roles, sourcing, screening etc.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in the region
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills
- Works very well under pressure
- Western educated
