Recruitment Executive

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading international Oil and Gas company. Due to the expansion of their operations in Qatar, our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Executive to join their dynamic and multinational HR Division.

You will be involved in reviewing / providing support and guidance concerning manpower planning as well as the overall recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing and hiring). In addition, you will participate in the induction of new employees and work closely with the rest of the HR team in achieving objectives.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years’ solid recruitment experience. It is essential you are proactive, hardworking and can show initiative.

Our client has stated a preference for candidates with local experience who are currently based in Qatar and can start immediately.

Working hours are from Sunday to Thursday 8am - 5pm.
