Employment: Full Time

Our client, a trading and contracting company is currently recruiting for a Regional Operator Trainer to be based in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- To evaluate, train and uplift the skills of all current mobile plant operators.
- To build a centre of excellence that provides fit-for-purpose and world class training and development solutions across the company’s businesses.

Requirements

- Appropriate professional training qualification.
- B.E in Civil or Diploma in Civil engineering.

The individual must have an in-depth knowledge of the below:
- Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations, regarding the operational procedures of all Asphalt Laying Equipment.
- Complete Asphalt Manufacturing, Laying & Compaction Process.
- Mechanical & Production Capabilities of all Asphalt Laying Equipment.
- Operators Responsibilities and their required Level of Competency.
- High level of understanding of the General Contracts Specification and General Project Specifications.
- Ability to evaluate, develop and implement a Skills Development Process for all Asphalt Laying Operators.
