Registered Nurse

Job description / Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess patient health status, identify any changes or deterioration, and take appropriate action
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on healthcare practices and advancements

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license and registration in home Country
- Preferably with valid and transferrable medical license and registration in Qatar
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in Medical-Surgical or Pediatric Department
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and well-being
