Job description / Role
Position in the organization chart: Reporting directly to C1 Construction manager.
Main assignments and activities:
- Preparation for daily reports.
- Maintain of schedules, progress reports ect of construction activities for the section.
- Taking site photos
- Preparation of reports as directed by the construction manager
Autonomy/ Responsibility: Limited to the work done by the candidates
Job constraints: working to a tight schedule. Having to gather information from many sources
Requirements
- College Graduate
- Experience: Time keeping, data entry, reporting, general clerical duties
Specialties: Microsoft office package especially excel.
Age range: 30-40 years old
Special knowledge:
Construction and engineering are welcome but not mandatory.
Personal qualities:
Honest, involved, dedicated, common sense approach, logical thinking, positive attitude
Languages:
Good level of spoken and written English required
About the Company

The percentages held by each shareholders of the company are as follows:
51% by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company, incorporated in Qatar and acting as the Qatari partner; and
49% by VINCI Construction Grands Projets, incorporated in France and acting as the non-Qatari Partner.
