Employment: Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Reporting Manager who will be responsible for setting up and managing systems for data collection, analysis and reporting. This includes overall formulation of a reporting strategy, obtaining approvals from stakeholders, developing a database and automated reporting system, and implementation of the system.

Responsible for analyzing and clearly presenting data at client meetings. You will be working with all project stakeholders on a daily basis, including all levels of the Client’s organization, design consultants, construction supervision consultants, cost consultant, contractors and other stakeholders. Some assignments involve some specialty and/or proprietary applications.

Establishes and implements methods for collecting, identifying and analyzing various project key performance indicators and metrics from internal and external stakeholders and converts the collected data into presentable reports or presentations.

Deploys custom developed and third-party solution packages to monitor program progress and produce various program reports. Create, design and deploy all required reports for use by executive stake holders and updates project dashboard data to ensure effective and efficient reporting processes.

Develop and foster productive relationships with all stakeholders.

Organize the reporting team to provide various reports and presentations on progress to the Program Manager and the client as necessary. Supports the Project Controls Manager in performing other tasks as deemed necessary.

Requirements

- 4-year degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- 10 years of experience engineering and reporting techniques.

Further Qualification Required:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in management of staff.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office.
- Experience with MS Access + SharePoint preferred.
- Expertise in online Dashboard development and reporting.
- Ability to develop reporting structures and strategies.
- Proficient skills in project planning and Primavera P6.
- Prior experience in data collection and analysis, benchmarking and /or consulting and understanding of infrastructure/construction industry is highly desirable.

The ability to adept at learning and applying new technologies; Possess analytic curiosity to seek out and develop potential solutions and drive continuous improvement; motivated by challenging, complex problems.
