Job description / Role
Objectives: To show prospective tenants properties and to close leasing deals
Main responsibilities: Coordinate with prospective Tenants and Landlords to close property deals
Contact Landlords on a weekly basis to check availability of properties and price change
• Bring properties to the company by referrals, word of mouth etc...
• Reporting to: Managing Partner
• Subordinates: Property Coordinator
• Number required: 3
• Duration: Permanent
• Desired start date: ASAP
• Probation: 3 months
• Working Hours: Sat-Thursday
• Travel requirements: No
• Gross monthly base salary: Commission Based Salary
• Commission / Bonus: Commission Based Salary

Requirements
• Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2 years
• Specialist knowledge: Articulate in communicating with clients via email and other forms of communication
• Language Fluency: English and Arabia
• Current Location: Qatar
