Job description / Role
A leading Mall owner is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Retail Leasing Manager to work on one of their major malls based in Qatar You will be responsible for finalizing the tenant mix and liaising with all the major retailers in closing leasing deals from the issuing of the LOI through to the MOU.
You will be working autonomously and will be expected to make decisions and formulate agreements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will come from a strong retail leasing background and have a proven track record of working the major retailers.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability to close deals and have a great understanding of how lease agreements work.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to work autonomously and have "ownership" of their role.
