Job description / Role
Risk Manager - Doha, Qatar
- Lead risk identification, analysis, evaluation and reporting efforts across all involved team members and contractors
- Align the risk management efforts of the internal staff, contractors, and third parties in areas of responsibility
- Reviews and updates Risk Register
- Reviewing impact and potential risks associated with change orders
- Performs analysis, review, qualitative and quantitative assessment with internal and external stakeholders
- Manages risk assignment and treatment measures with all concerned parties
- Monthly and periodic reporting on risk status to Client and team
- Capture and share lessons learned and other useful knowledge that will enhance personnel ability to deliver a cost
- effective, sustainable, safe and transparent program
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering or business management
- More than 10 years’ experience in controls or risk management positions
- Exposure to managing risk within a civil engineering environment, preferably within the realms of Programme Management
- Risk accreditation or certification is a plus
- Experience in Risk Management Software and applications
VISA will be required to work in Qatar.
