RMS Allocator IV - Qatar Aviation Services - Doha

Ground support for all airlines at Doha Airport

Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) is responsible for providing ground handling services at Hamad International Airport for Qatar Airways and a host of other airlines serving HIA. This covers everything from porters to baggage handlers/loaders, aircraft cleaners to equipment operators, and drivers to customer service agents.

You will be actively involved in preparing the daily allocation on the manpower and equipment availability on Resource Management System and monitor the activities involving staff and resources. Effectively plan and monitor the daily operational disruptions, initiate changes to the allocation and communicate the requirements to all relevant stakeholders to maintain On Time Performance.

Requirements

You should have trade or vocational qualification in Resource Management System and must have minimum of 2 years of experience in ground handling operations or airline environment in which at-least one year experience pertaining to planning of allocations and/or schedules.

You are expected to have good working knowledge of Airport communication systems and awareness of ground handling and safe aircraft handling procedures. Knowledge of using various Resource Management Systems will be an added advantage. Excellent oral and written English language is very much needed in this role.
