Sales Assistant - Guess - Gulf Mall, Doha, Qatar

As part of the sales team you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service through identifying customer needs, offering advice, demonstrating suitable products, building a relationship of trust with the customer and ensuring all standards are maintained as per policy in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty whilst upholding the image of the Brand.

You will ensure all products are displayed correctly, the product and area of responsibility is clean and if available, the item is replenished upon sale. Where applicable, you will make sure the customer is fully informed of delivery schedules and the product reaches the customer in perfect condition.

Requirements

Ideally you will have 2 years experience of working within the retail sector and be educated to High school level. A background of working within a customer facing environment is preferred.

Good verbal communication skills are required as well as an eye for the latest fashion trends. You should have the ability to interact confidently with all customers.
