Our client, is one of the leading paint manufacturers is currently recruiting for Concept Manager-Infrastructure

The Infrastructure concept is part of the Protective Coatings department. The sales for the concept has grown over 40% in the past 3 years and has the potential to grow even further. As part of the business strategy in growing the sales of Fire Protection category in Qatar, we are looking for an experience, highly driven and competent individual to join the Qatar Branch

This position will be based in Doha, Qatar and will report to the Sales Manager - Protective Coatings.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and monitor the sales and collection of the team to achieve budgeted deliverables in terms of value, volume, gross margins and DSO.
- Maintain good relationships with customers by having frequent site visits, attending to complaints, following-up on status and resolving claims.
- Identify and target potential customers by actively seeking sales opportunities to increase market share.
- Liaise with departments on matters relating to the supply of paint and specification modifications in order to provide good customer service.
- Guide, develop and motivate subordinates in their job, to increase competency and to create an effective team.

Requirements

- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- At least 7 years’ sales experience in Protective Coatings.
- Thorough knowledge in specification and sales of PFP products.
- Fluent in English and fluency in Arabic would be an advantage
- Valid GCC driving license would be an advantage
