Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Preparing the sales budget and plan by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market inquiries.
• Negotiating the contracts terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Studying and Finalizing the new projects and follow up the project lists with the sales team.
• Ordering the material from the suppliers and following up the delivery to meet the projects schedule.
• Focusing on selling the non-moving stock items.
• Maintaining the relations with the clients to ensure clients long term relationship.
• Developing sales plans to introduce new products to market.
• Recommended improvements to customers and demonstrated potential cost reductions and process improvements.
• Reviewed the material submittals and shop drawings to ensure that its matching the technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepared and introduced the Waterproofing material presentations attended technical and site meeting.
• Acted as a voice of the Customer to translate needs to the internal operation team.
• Followed the new projects since the tendering stage and making a project list for proper follow up.
• Quoted and followed the in-hand projects and prepared projects list for proper follow up.
• Approached customers at site and offices to secure the orders and build the best relationship on all levels.
• Prepared material submittals and shop drawings as per the site conditions to secure the consultant approval.
• Attended company seminars to increase understanding and knowledge of products.
• Attended technical and site meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 05 years experience in waterproofing
• Maintaining the relations with the clients to ensure clients long term relationship.
• Developing sales plans to introduce new products to market.
