Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Products to sell: Print and online Directories and other products added during the campaign.

Research, compile and contact potential advertisers:
- Study directory sales market to locate advertisers best suited for our directories
- Organize and contact sales leads generated by the company and personally
- Study directory publishing information such as; print quantity, distribution, directory features, competitors information for print and online, rate sheets, online traffic, marketing initiatives and online etc. as is necessary to make effective sales presentations
- Plan and execute sales assignments in the most efficient manner by maximizing the number of sales calls per day

Prepare and present professional sales presentations to advertising customers:

- Make a minimum of 4 premise visits and 20 telephone calls per day
- Prepare for sales calls by gathering appropriate information for the advertiser, preparing ad samples and researching online etc. prior to making sales call.
- Set appointments with potential advertisers by either phone contact or cold call techniques
- Make effective sales presentations following the company sales process
- Effectively overcome customer sales objections
- Accurately, timely and clearly submit sales contracts and forms to management

Collections:
- Distribute invoices to the advertisers on signing the contract
- Collect from the advertisers within the timeframe provided by the company
- Provide feedback on customer if complaints or concerns are raised by the client

Provide support to company management:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager as needed.
- Keep Sales Manager informed of sales activities and any significant problems encountered.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required.

Requirements

- Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
- Transferable visa if based in Qatar
- Driving License

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
- Sales performance relative to goals.
- Interaction with customers, manager and production staff.
- Accuracy and readability of written sales documents.
- Timely completion of sales assignments.
- Organization and efficiency of executing sales campaigns.
