Job description / Role
Handle Retail Sales and exceed targets set for various batches, catering to:
• Walk in clients / Incoming calls / Outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
• Follow up with prospective clients systematically and diligently
• Conduct the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and post-sales follow up
• Reporting and suggesting improvements to management
• Input data into CRM for all leads and contacts, conduct cold calls
• Arrange and execute marketing/sales events, seminars, and workshops
• Any ad-hoc support required by Management
