Sales Manager
Leading Multinational Manufacturing Company
QAR 40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

NTS Group are working with a leading manufacturing company in Doha, Qatar to recruit a Sales Manager for their commercial team. Reporting into the Country Manager, this role is responsible for the following;
- Ensure safe working environment for staff and participate in all H&S initiatives & activities
- Adapts to constant technical developments (new products, changing specifications regulations and working methods based on software tools BCMix Lab Mix,RDS, CRM
- Contributes to improve and strengthen the brand image towards customers
- Keeps abreast of developments and changes in competitive strategy
- Manages sales approach (time, customers, and prospects) and other functional activities in the office (litigation, collections, operating problems ...).
- Develops trade relations outreach related to a broad customer base in a sustainable commercial logic
- Ensures development of the Readymix plant and sales
- Ensures delivery of quality products on time and customer satisfaction.
- Delivers the best match "quality / product delivered" face to customer needs while maximizing the MOMD
- Gives a reliable and regular reporting on the likely developments in the market and its activity
- Provide sales volumes defined as part of company policy/budget

Requirements

Professional and/or technical competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of concrete and production tool
- Knowledge of concrete and other standards, QCS, and the various relevant specs
- Thorough knowledge of VAP
- Knowledge of transportation management
- Knowledge of computer tools: Lab Mix (if possible BC Mix), Excel, Word. Knowledge of quality management.
- 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a management role-
