Sales Manager

- What you will be doing?
- Nurture to maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Training new employees on company policies, procedures, and sales techniques
- Meeting with members of the hotel's management team to discuss financial performance and identify problems with operations
- Creating and maintaining relationships with travel agents and tour operators who sell packages to international clients
- Monitoring and managing the activities of all staff members, including setting work schedules and reviewing employee performance
- Evaluating customer service quality and guest satisfaction levels, making adjustments as needed
- Developing a marketing plan to promote the hotel's brand and increase business
- Conducting market research related to travel trends and competition in the industry
- Solicit new business opportunities from international operators, travel agents and wholesalers through sound business practices
- Monitoring occupancy rates, room rates, and other key statistics to ensure that the hotel is profitable
- Assisting in the development of pricing strategies, such as setting rates based on seasonality or fluctuations in supply and demand
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned and the employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description

Requirements

Requirements

- Bachelors degree and/or Hotel Management degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in 5 star hotel sales. Additional experience in the hospitality industry an asset.
- Hospitality background highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Dynamic, Hardworking attribute ,Flexible
- Ability to provide, courteous and professional service at all times
- Presentable and passionate about food and customer service
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
