Job description / Role

We are recruiting for an international school following the British Curriculum in Doha, Qatar who is seeking a School Principal to join their team in Aug 2023 for the next accademic year. The school teaches students from across the globe, from ages 3 - 18 ( Early Years, through to key Stage 5).Teachers are mainly from the UK, Ireland or South Africa and the school offers excellent facilities and resources for students, as well as excellent training to their teaching staff, to ensure staff development and a high level of teaching and learning is delivered throughout the school.

Seeking a skilled and enthusiastic school Principal to oversee Senior / Middle leaders, ensuring the successful running of the school as well as continually striving to improve school standards. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a great team of staff and be at the forefront of the schooling groups furure expansion plans and increasing popularity it has with in the community.

Package:

Salary & accommodation allowance starts at 30,000 QAR and rises depending on experience (Tax Free)

- You will stay in hotel accommodation for the first month to give you time to decide where you would like to live in Qatar.

Requirements

To be suitable for this role you must have:

- A degree in Education or PGCE (Masters in Education or MPQH is desired but not essential)
- 5 years leadership experience with a track record of achievements
- Experience within an international setting is desired (but not essential)
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and learning
- Be able to problem solve and think outside the box
