Job description / Role
Secretary (Sales) - Qatar Airways - Doha
You will be representing the Ground Services team based in Doha. Your core responsibilities will be to provide high level administrative support, secretarial and clerical functions to SVP Ground Services; while promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact.
Requirements
You should have a minimum Diploma or Associate Degree with excellent spoken & written English. You must have excellent working skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). You will have a minimum 2 years in an administrative/secretarial capacity, ideally from an Airline. You will be well organized/structured, and have the ability to maintain high standards of work under pressure.
