Job description / Role
The role of Section Manager position in Monoprix division will be
- Responsible in achieving the short to medium term objectives of the Department.
- Deliver excellent customer-servicing
- Maximising selling opportunities and profits at all times in his section
- Ensure excellent visual standards and product availability in the section
- Ensure execution of established safety, quality and store operation policies, procedures and practices.
Requirements
Requirements
- BA/BS graduate.
- Good English communication skills; Bilingual a preference (e.g. English, Arabic and French if possible)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Gold Retail System
- With 4-6 years of experience in related business, with the last 3 years in Section Supervisory/Managerial level depending on store size and structure. GCC experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and can think outside the box generating fresh concepts (i.e. sales).
