Job Summary: To supervise and coordinate security services at Hamad Hospital to protect corporation facilities, equipment, assets, personnel, and patients. This role also has responsibility for coordinating between HMC and Himayh (third party contractor) on provision of external security services.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise security services for Hamad hospital emergency Department, OPD and Dialysis.
- Coordinate and manage all matters concerning third-party security contract with Himayh for external security staff and resources
- Prepares security reports and reviews security issues and problems, recommending solutions and actions to resolve issues.
- Ensures security staff time sheets and records are maintained and updated as required.
- Responsible for evaluating and issuing security passes to staff
- Demonstrates knowledge and application of HMC mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
- Completion of security training either in the military, police, or other security services
- Middle high school + relevant security training.
- Minimum of 5 years in security role
- More than 5 years in security role in a large organization
Language Skills: Arabic and English
Computer Skills: basic computer skill
