Our client, a leading organisation in Qatar, is currently looking for Senior Account Manager to join their Contact Center team.
Generally, as Senior Account Manager some key responsibilities include regional planning and management, market analysis, client relationship development and management, consultative sales process, effective demonstration of product and service knowledge to advance the sales process. Specific duties may include market analysis, competitive analysis, and developing region sales and marketing plan to achieve sales quotas and marketing goals.
Requirements
Ideal candidate for this role must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Qatar market, preferably in system integrator companies, selling IT Solutions, Unified communications or Call centre solutions (best option).
