Senior Admin Executive - EET Engineering - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

Al Futtaim Engineering is looking for a Senior Admin Executive for its Engineering Division in Doha. Someone who Supports operations by Following all government relation in Doha, responsibility of handling all administrative aspects.

Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible to maintain consistent and professional standards of service in support of the business interests and activities of all our business partners and third party clients.
- Assist with the attestation process of required documents by the appropriate agencies prior, as per scope of service.
- Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
- Provide updates, answers and guidance to all concerned Move One immigration coordinators, consultants and management about status of tasks, challenges, delays and any other relevant information continuously and upon request.
- Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with requirements.
- Looking after all company vehicles issues i.e. maintenance, reg. renewals, repairs etc..
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
- Update self on the latest rules and regulations from the government related to business and communicate with concerned.
- Maintain and following up the custom clearance and ensure workflow smoothly.

Requirements

You are required to have a Graduate of a Post Graduate degree with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience as an Admin Executive in contracting companies.

You should have excellent knowledge of local regulation market orientation of Qatar and contacts in government authorities.
