Job description / Role
Our client are one of the worlds largest, most recognised and respected Consultancies, that provide services across the whole built environment and project life cycle. With a professional headcount over 15,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client have delivered some of the most recognised projects.
Our client have been managing projects in the middle east for over 50 years, their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country. The average project is worth in excess of 1BN dollars, with a life line of over 5 years - projects are within the construction, rail and heavy civils/infrastructure sector.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Architect to work in house in a Design Manager capacity. You will be managing the entire architecture design life cycle process and work on site liaising with the client and consultants. Duties will include the management of internal design teams, working with the project management teams as well as ensuring compliance on all design related issues.
You will be managing the construction and interiors / fit out elements of the project.
Requirements
- To be considered for the role you must have/be:
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least 15 years experience - 5 of which should be in a Design Manager or Senior Architect Capacity
- Experience on Rail - Infrastructure projects
