We are now seeking a talented Senior BIM Coordinator to join our award winning team based within our design Division in our Doha Office.

This critical role will work as part of the Design team performing technical drafting work using computer aided design programs in the preparation of planning drawings, conceptual, schematic, detailed design, construction drawings and maps.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Responsible for the BIM production on a project from setting up to completion.
• Familiarity with MEP systems design.
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria.
• Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.
• Working within a team environment and can handle pressure and act as a team member.

Requirements

To be successful in this role we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10+ years of BIM proficiency and knowledge in MEP systems, partnered with a Diploma in Revit software.

Additional educational qualifications will be viewed favourably.
