Senior BIM Manager

Sector: Construction - Major Projects

The Senior BIM manager will be based on a major project and have responsibility for the day to day BIM activities and actions for that project. Working closely with the project team and design team members to ensure successful BIM delivery from inception to completion of the project. The role will be working for an leading international contractor.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an experience BIM manager well used to working on highly complex major projects. They will be well organised with excellent communication and managerial skills. Keen to work on some of the regions largest and most flagship mega projects.

* Degree Qualified
* At Least 6 years of BIM experience of which half must have been as a manager
* Must have significant computer aided drafting and design experience
* Experience on complex major construction schemes
* Able to Chair BIM Co-ordination meetings and lead solutions to any issues to manage a smooth process
* Managing the processes, workflows and procedures for successful information exchange
* on project work
* Connect BIM to Project activities and be instrumental in its adoption and execution
