Senior Claims and Contracts Manager
Location: Doha Qatar

Exciting opportunity to take on a senior role within a very successful contracting business to act as the lead claims manager for the business.

Degree qualified from a cost background and ideally professional qualified. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Contracts and Claims Manager with excellent knowledge of all other major forms of contract with experience of successfully managing claims through to completion and also have excellent contract management. Project experience will be in a mix of sectors relevant to the regions construction market, previous international experience is ideal but not essential.

You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multitasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English.

Requirements

- Degree Qualified
- At least 5 years claims and specialised contracts experience
- Ideally professionally qualified by RICS and/or the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
- Excellent Knowledge of all forms of major forms of contract
- Proven track record high level claims and contractual negotiations
- Contractor side claims experience
- Relevant project experience infrastructure or building
- Exceptional written and spoken English
