Senior Commercial and Contracts Manager - Major Projects

Leading International main contracting Company is looking for high calibre Commercial Managers for a major hotel project. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major building projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects). Candidates will have good contractual experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.

Requirements

Experienced Commercial Manager or Contracts manager keen to step up into a lead role with excellent qualifications and a stable track record with international blue chip companies will be ideal for this role that offers excellent career progression and the chance to work on the region’s leading hotel projects.

* Experience of major projects or multiple smaller projects in a portfolio.
* major buildings Experience
* A stable employment history.
* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 15 years post graduate experience.
* Strong pre and post contract cost management experience
* Excellent Contractual knowledge
* FIDIC experience preferred
