Senior Commissioning Manager - MEP Projects - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

As a Senior Commissioning Manager you will supervise all the activities of Commissioning Engineers, development of overall project by ensuring all the procedures are followed during the testing and commissioning process.

The duties of Senior Commissioning Manager will include below:
- Coordinate with the Commissioning Engineers and ensure the development of integrated commissioning plan in addition to overseeing the preparation of commissioning schedules.
- Contribute to the development of a logically linked testing and commissioning program as part of the overall project construction.
- Review reports generated by Commissioning Engineers and provide support and technical guidance as and when required.
- Provide guidance to the Commissioning Engineers in analyzing the scope of work and ensure the preparation of procedures for systematic and sequential testing, pre commissioning/start up and commissioning activities.
- Ensure that all health & safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the testing and commissioning process.
- Review and comment on all testing and commissioning Method Statements.
- Chair the commissioning meetings.
- Liaise with the Client / Consultant / Main Contractor team and manage the preparation of the Client Training program.
- Hold review meetings with the client on a regular basis.
- Manage the preparation and production of the project Operation & Maintenance Manuals

Requirements

Ideally you must be graduated in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, along with 15 years of experience in in relevant field out of which minimum of 12 years in the middle east.
